These Terms of Service govern your use of ocho.day, the Ocho waitlist, referral links, and related launch communications. The future iOS app may have additional terms before it becomes available.

Using The Site

You may use the site to learn about Ocho, join the waitlist, and share your referral link. You must use the site lawfully and in a way that does not disrupt, attack, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to join the waitlist. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use the site only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Waitlist Status

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation, launch date, feature, price, discount, reward, or purchase right. Ocho may change the waitlist, referral mechanics, launch timing, or availability as the product develops.

Referrals

Waitlist members may receive a referral link. Referral counts help Ocho understand demand and sequence early invites.

Do not use bots, scripts, fake email addresses, purchased traffic, spam, or other abusive methods to manipulate referral counts. Ocho may remove or adjust waitlist entries or referral counts that appear abusive, fraudulent, or technically invalid.

Pricing Preview

Prices shown on the site are pre-launch targets for transparency. They are not a checkout, binding offer, subscription, or charge. If Ocho launches paid plans, the final price, renewal terms, trial details, cancellation terms, and payment terms will be shown before purchase through the relevant purchase flow.

Communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails about Ocho, including launch updates and early access information. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe method included in those emails or by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

The site, copy, design, logos, media, and Ocho product materials are owned by Ocho or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Services

The site depends on third-party services for hosting, analytics, and data storage. Those services may have their own terms and policies. Ocho is not responsible for third-party websites that are linked from the site.

No Professional Advice

Ocho is a productivity product. The site does not provide legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
